Boago Manyane
Boago Manyane is a strategy and delivery consultant with over a decade of experience driving organisational transformation across the public and private sectors in Botswana and the Southern African region. As founding Managing Director of Northpoint Advisory, she leads engagements spanning strategic planning, strategy cascading and execution, PMO establishment, performance management, and the integration of ESG principles into corporate strategy.
Her approach combines deep methodological expertise, from Balanced Scorecard design to KPI architecture, with a proven ability to facilitate leadership alignment and turn strategy into measurable performance.
